Obituary
Shirley A. (Newhard) Kern, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 22, 2023 while in the care of Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill. She was the loving wife of Donald R. Kern. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Stella (Young) Newhard.
Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Donald, she will be remembered by many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy C. Strohecker and Beatrice M. Tust.
Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Shirley’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
