Robert Allam Obituary

Robert Keith Allam, age 47, peacefully passed into the arms of his Savior on July 23, 2018 after a long illness. He was the son of the late Anne Allam.

Born in Bethlehem, Robert received his education through the Bethlehem Area School District. It was through the BASD's employment program that he began working at the Laneco Food Lane Supermarket where he worked for 12 years, and was featured in a newspaper article. Robert was a hard worker and later was an associate at Walmart in Bethlehem for 15 years. In 2012 he was honored with an Employment Achievement award, of which he was very proud. He was a dedicated member of Calvary Wesleyan Church where he faithfully attended Sunday School for many years and was involved in CYC and VBS while growing up. Robert greatly admired the work of the Police and Fire Departments. He enjoyed keeping order and passing out tickets. He was an avid collector of toys, and loved watching Batman and Power Rangers.

Survivors: He was preceded in death by his mother, Anne, and his much loved advocate and friend, Robert J. Kleppinger. He is survived by his church family, many friends and co-workers.
