Michael A. Brown

Michael A. Brown, 54, of Saylorsburg passed away  Monday, November 6, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital-Monroe Campus.  He was the beloved husband of Dana M. (Spinella) Brown with whom he celebrated 34 years together on August 29, 2023.  Born in The Bronx, NY, Michael was the son of the late Edgar M. and Anne (Marra) Brown. 

A military veteran of the United States Army where he served as an Airborne Infantryman in a Long-Range Surveillance Detachment and later as a Calvary Scout before being honorably discharged.

A member of Temple Baptist Church, Knoxville, TN, Michael was proud to share that he was a born again Christian.  He treasured the time he spent with his children, nieces and nephews.  He encouraged them to study their heritage and treasure their legacy. 

Survivors: Michael will be lovingly remembered by his Wife Dana; children, Michael M. Brown, Anne M. Brown, Gabriel M. Brown.

Brother; Edgar Brown and wife Elizabeth, nieces and nephews; Jimmy, Eddie, Bryan, Nicole, Dylan, and Brianna. 

Brother; Joseph Brown and wife Dawn, nieces and nephews; Joey, Mitchell, Brandon, Emily, Darian, Deanna, Daniela and great niece Cali.

Michael was predeceased by his sister Barbara Ann Brown who died May 7, 2023.

Service: A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem PA 18018 where the family will receive friends and relatives from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
