Mark Anthony Kuronya, 55, of Bethlehem, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Born on November 18, 1965 in Bethlehem, Mark was a son of the late Ernest and Dolores (Burkit) Kuronya.
Mark worked in financial services as an independent representative for many years. Prior to that he worked as an overhead crane and heavy equipment operator. Mark was an active life-member of the Bethlehem Township Volunteer Fire Company where he served as past Fire Chief and board member. Mark had a love for playing softball still belonging to many teams. He also enjoyed wallyball, golfing and taking rides on his Harley. Above all he cherished his time spent with his granddaughters.
Survivors: Mark will be lovingly remembered by his son, Colby “CJ” Kuronya and wife Devin; granddaughters, Rylee and Saige Kuronya; stepson, Daniel Shelbo; former wife Gina Kuronya; brothers, Anthony and Thomas Kuronya.
Services: A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 P.M. at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem PA. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM where relatives and friends can call from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. The family kindly requests everyone in attendance to please wear a facial covering.
