Margarita Matos

Margarita Matos, 72, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Miguel Matos with whom she shared over 46 years of loving marriage. She was born on December 29, 1948 in Puerto Rico. Margarita was a loving and caring homemaker, always putting her family first. She dedicated 27 years of her life working for St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem.

Survivors: Margarita will be lovingly remembered by her many siblings, husband Miguel; sons, Diosdado Baez, Luis Baez, Jose Baez, Joseph Matos and his wife Laura Matos. Her 2 grandchildren that she raised as her own children Luis Baez, Jr and Richard Lopez; She was also an amazing grandmother to 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Services: A memorial service will be held on November 19, 2021 at Lily Of The Valley Pentecostal Church 809 E 4th Street Bethlehem, Pa. The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. The family Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
