Obituary

Loyd H. Crede, 98, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Moravian Hall Square. He was the husband of Marianne  Crede. Born in Springfield, PA, he was the son of the late Loyd and Helen Crede. Loyd was a graduate of West Chester University. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Loyd worked as a General Manager for Prudential for most of his life until retiring. He was a 32nd degree Mason, West Chester Lodge #322, Free & Accepted Masons, 5th Masonic District, Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. 

 

Survivors: In addition to his wife Marianne, he will be remembered by his daughter Michelle Barnhart and her husband Michael of Easton; his granddaughters Alison Barnhart of NYC and Alexandra Barnhart Sopher and her husband Evan of NYC and his great grandson Greyson Sopher. 

 

Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Loyd’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
