Lisa J. Walker

Lisa Jean Walker, 63, of Sharon Hill, PA, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 28, 2022, at her nieces’ residence. Born on February 18, 1959 in Darby, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Edith (Green) Walker.

Lisa worked for forty years as a laboratory technologist at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. During this time she also achieved a degree in nursing from Widener University. She loved animals and her extended family. Despite serious health problems that developed later in her life, Lisa persevered and enjoyed shopping and showering her family, pets and friends with thoughtful gifts. She had a joy for crocheting and was an avid doll collector. Above all she cherished her time spent with her family.

Survivors: Lisa will be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Janiece Walker, and Lauren Moore; nieces, Kewana Isaacs, Kia Walker, Kimberly Shoebotham, Kristina Pindell, and Melodie Smith; nephews, Kenny Howard, and James Barkesdale; great nieces, Hydiah Omollo, Hailey Omollo, Bryiah Ogola, Harmonye Isaacs, Haydenne Isaacs, Whitney Pindell, and Madden Shoebotham; great nephews, Bryce Fairclough, Eldon Pindell, Henry Shoebotham, Ta’ziyah Howard, and Brandon Hines; nephews-in-law, Bryan Isaacs, and Brian Pindell; a host of family members, and friends that will miss her as well. Lisa was predeceased by, sisters, Margarita Walker, and Theresa Moore; nephew-in-law, Bill Shoebotham.

Services: A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Cantelmi Funeral Home, Fountain Hill. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
