Leonard A. Perrett, Jr., 94 of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 15, 2021 while in the care of Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown. He was the husband of the late Assunta (Sebastionelli) Perrett. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Leonard Sr. and Philomena (Donatelli) Perrett. Leonard honorably served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He worked for the Bethlehem Steel in the Cole Chemical Division for most of his life until retiring. Leonard was an active member of St. Ursula Catholic Church, Fountain Hill and the Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the St. Bernard’s Home of the Good Samaritans and their choir.
Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Leonard A. Perrett and Daniel A. Perrett and his wife Deborah all of Bethlehem; grandchildren Anthony Perrett and Sarah Perrett; great grandson Brady; sisters Pauline Fennol of Bethlehem and Marie Ballek of Fountain Hill; sister in law Eleanor Perrett and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Jenny Torda and brother Nickolas Perrett.
Services: Burial services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Leonard’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
