Leasa DeWalt

Leasa DeWalt, 62, of Fountain Hill, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital Fountain Hill.  Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Winifred (Knecht) Funk. Leasa was the beloved wife of Marc DeWalt with whom she shared over 28 years of marriage. 

Survivors: In addition to her husband, Marc, Leasa will be lovingly remembered by her son, Giles Carnes; daughters, Missie Funk and companion Javier Ortiz, and Bethany George and husband Sean; grandchildren, Xavier, Destany, Reynaldo, Calvin, Kayla, Anthony, Leasa, and Melissa, and 5 Great Grandchildren. Leasa is preceded in death by her sisters, Linda and Nanette. 

Services: A funeral service will take place at 1:00P.M. on Thursday, July 9, 2020 in Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill where the family will receive friends and relatives from 12 noon until the time of service. Facial covering will be required for entrance.
