John Chadsey Turner IV, 89, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, January 24, 2021, in the care of Bethlehem Manor. He was widower of Jan Epps Turner. Born on February 22, 1931 in Somerville, NJ, John was a son of the late Dr. John Chadsey Turner III and Mabel Klora Andersen - Turner.
John was an English teacher for Randolph Henry High School in Charlotte Courthouse, VA, where he coached football and led the drama program for several years. John had many joys in life including drawing, painting and rose gardening.
Survivors: John will be lovingly missed by his son, Jack Turner; daughter, Karen Turner; grandchildren, John Vincent Turner and Julia Ruth Turner and their Mother Julie Turner.
Services: Services are private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
