John Nickisher Obituary

John “Jack" Nickisher, 81, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Manor Care West Allen surrounded by his loving family. Born in Easton, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ruth (Daley) Nickisher. Jack honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He worked for SureFit for most of his life until retiring in 2009. Jack later worked in the seafood department at Valley Farm Market. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Jack enjoyed fishing and attending Musikfest, Celtic Fest and all things Bethlehem. 

Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Joan Snyder of Allentown; brother James Nickisher and wife Bernadette of Easton as well as many loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his brother Joel Nickisher.  

Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday April 9, 2021 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street Bethlehem, PA 18018 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 1 P.M. until time of the service. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
