Jill graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1974. She made a career of working in fine dining restaurants including the Villa Richard Restaurant in her hometown of Riegelsville, PA, and Victoria's (formerly at The Golden Nugget) in Atlantic City, NJ. She continued her culinary profession elsewhere as a banquet manager, and later as a banquet captain at Saucon Valley Country Club. Outside of professional kitchens, friends and family are all able to attest to her outstanding culinary skills at any party or holiday she hosted.
