Jill Marie (Crum) Crisafi, 67, of Bethlehem Twp., passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was married September 13, 1986 to Charles Crisafi with whom she shared over 35 years of loving marriage. Born on May 12, 1953 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late M. Frank Crum and Helen (Apple) Crum.
Jill graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1974. She made a career of working in fine dining restaurants including the Villa Richard Restaurant in her hometown of Riegelsville, PA, and Victoria's (formerly at The Golden Nugget) in Atlantic City, NJ. It was in Atlantic City where she would meet and cook alongside her future husband, Chuck. She continued her culinary profession elsewhere as a banquet manager, and later as a banquet captain at Saucon Valley Country Club. Jill also worked as a para professional at Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School, teaching young students in culinary arts. Outside of professional kitchens, friends and family are all able to attest to her outstanding culinary skills at any party or holiday she hosted. She was a member of Light of Christ Church, Bethlehem. Jill was happiest at the beach and on cruise vacations. Above all, she cherished her time with her family, friends, and especially her grandson, Liam Kelley.
Survivors: Jill will be lovingly remembered by her husband Chuck Crisafi; son Jonathan Crisafi and wife Bailey Lozner (of Washington, D.C.); daughter Chelsea Crisafi and grandson Liam Kelley (of Gilbertsville, PA); brothers Darryl Crum and wife Lillian and Bradford Crum and wife Marci.
Services: A celebration of life will be on Saturday, May 15 at 4:00 PM at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem where friends and family can call from 3:00 PM until the time of celebration. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
