Janice M. Bohning

Janice M. Bohning, 63, of Freemansburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 29, 2021 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Dwight Bohning with whom she shared over 42 years of loving marriage. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late William and Verna (Kusmick) Bauder. Janice was a graduate of Freedom High School, class of 1976. She worked for Just Born, Inc. for 30 years until retiring. Janice’s life was her children and grandchildren. She was a selfless individual and enjoyed gardening, cleaning, plants and soap operas. 

Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Dwight; she will be remembered by her daughters Christina Erney and husband Joshua of Freemansburg and Tanya Kittek and her fiance Harry Macho of Freemansburg and her grandchildren Kelsey Erney, Sierra Kittek, Gabriel Erney, Caylee Kittek and Adrina Adorno. Janice was preceded in death by her siblings Maryann Hughes, William Bauder and Thomas Bauder. 

Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30 P.M. until time of the service.
