James "Jim" H. Davis

James H. “Jim” Davis, 65, of Allentown, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Born in Coaldale, he was the son of the late James W. and Naomi Mae (Lechlitner) Davis. Jim worked for Newly Wed Foods in quality control for many years before retiring. He was a member of Grace U.C.C., Allentown and was a true philanthropist. He enjoyed photography and spending time with his canine companion Harry.

Survivors: he will be lovingly remembered by his brother Paul D. Davis and late wife Leslie Joy; sisters, Melanie Lee Keller and husband Walter and Connie Ann Yost and husband Scott; nieces and nephews, Daniel Davis, Elena Davis, Dylan Davis, Margie Roginski, Krista Raudenbush, Charles Young and wife Tara, Jason Yost and Nicholas Yost; great nieces and nephews, Tyler Roginski, Courtney DeStito, Gavin Young, Samantha Young, Sophia Young and Easton Davis.  Jim was preceded in death by his nephew Eric DeStito. 

Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Jim’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
