Jack F. Cook, Jr.

Jack F. Cook, Jr., 69, of Allentown and formerly of Colorado, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving companion of Karen Clark. Jack honorably served his country in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. He worked as a Dealer in Las Vegas for most of his life. Jack enjoyed reading, riding Harleys and watching sports especially the Denver Broncos. 
 

Survivors: In addition to his loving companion Karen Clark, he will be remembered by his sister Janice Starbuck; brother James "Jimmy" Cook and daughter LeAndra Cook Woods. Jack was preceded in death by his siblings Joseph, Jeffrey and Judy. 

Services: Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Jack’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
