George R. McGraw

George R. McGraw, Jr., 84, of Bath, formerly of Bethlehem died Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in Riverton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Allentown.  He was the husband of Mary Ann (Schulte) McGraw with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage on June 8, 2022.  Born in Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, he was the son of the late George R. McGraw, Sr. and Edna (Bellin) McGraw.  A graduate of Turtle Creek High School, George received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.  He was a nuclear engineer for PPL for 16 years working in Berwick and Allentown before retiring in 2000.  He was a tax preparer for H&R Block for 33 years before retiring April 2012.  George served his country in the Army National Guard for 15 years.  He treasured the time spent with his family and pets. 

Survivors: Wife; children, Colleen A. McGraw wife of Adam Guasch-Melendez of Falls Church, VA, George R. McGraw III and his wife Jennifer with whom he resided; grandchildren, Meghan McGraw, Meredith McGraw, Garrett McGraw.  He was predeceased by his sister, Joan Duniphan.  

Service: A celebration of life service will be held at the family’s convenience.  There are no calling hours.  Arrangements by the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.  A memory tribute may be place at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
