Eva E. (Lower) Meszaros

Eva E. (Lower) Meszaros, 91, of North Whitehall Twp., passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022 in the care of Fellowship Manor. She was the widow of Stephen A. Meszaros. Born in Dalmatia on March 19, 1930 she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Lauer) Lower.

Eva was a seamstress mostly working on bridal gowns. She also worked as an LNP for Pottsville Hospital for many years. Eva was an active member of the United Church of God. She loved to crochet and play cards especially pinochle.

SURVIVORS: Eva will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ronald Sallada and wife Cheryl of Florida, Richard Soellner and wife Michele of Bath, Roseanne Trach and husband Allen of Laurys Station, and Rodney “Andy” Soellner and wife Karen of Alburtis; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Zimmerman; brother, John Lower and wife Margaret. She was predeceased by brothers, Homer and Richard Lower.

SERVICES: A funeral service will take place at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem where the family will receive friends and relatives from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
