Eugene C. Dorsey, Jr.

Eugene C. Dorsey, Jr. 79, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 14, 2020 in his home. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra (Zellner) Dorsey, with whom he shared 48 years of loving marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Eugene C. Dorsey, Sr and Marjorie (Warg) Dorsey. Gene was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1958. He honorably served his country as a mechanic in the United States Air Force. Gene worked as the Dairy Manager for A&P supermarket and SuperFresh. He enjoyed working on cars, bowling and his model trains. Gene was a simple man who loved his cats and his family dearly. 

Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Mark D. Dorsey and his wife Jacqueline of Whitehall and Christopher A. Dorsey and his wife Charline of Gold, PA; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. 
Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10 A.M. until time of the service. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
