Edward M. Steltz

Edward M. Steltz, 53, of Fountain Hill, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 28, 2022 in his home. He was the husband of Elizabeth H. (Rapp) Steltz, with who he shared 30 years of marriage. Born in Fountain Hill, Ed was the son of the late Forrie and Helen (Thompson) Steltz. He was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, class of 1986. He was a graduate of DeSales University, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Management and Information Technology. Ed was currently working as a Senior Business Relationship Manager for Aesculap/B.Braun in Center Valley, where he recently won a 2021 MVP. A talented wood worker, Ed enjoyed staying home and working on the art of making clocks in his work shop.

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife Beth, he will be lovingly remembered by his son, Andrew J. Steltz; brother and sister-in-laws, Anthony Rapp and his wife Kelly, Christopher Rapp and his wife Leann, Matthew Rapp and his wife Tanya; siblings, Glenn E. Steltz and his wife Judy, MaryEllen wife of Jeffrey Schubert, James “Jimmy” Steltz and his wife Chris, Larry Steltz, Regina wife of Mark Yandrisevitz; nieces and nephews, Jared, Kasey, Cory, Adam, Kyle, Kaly, William, Abigail, Janice, Julian, Megan, Lindsey and Jacob. He is also survived by his canine companions, Cookie, Chooch and Milo.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway Fountain Hill. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-8PM at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 and also on Wednesday morning from 9AM until the time of the Mass in the church.  His burial will be in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Bethlehem.
