Edward Stanley Niechwiadowicz

Edward  Stanley Niechwiadowicz, 97, of Bethlehem passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Country Meadows Retirement Community. Born in New Jersey he was the son of the late Adam and Bertha Niechwiadowicz. He was the beloved husband of Margaret (McCarthy) Niechwiadowicz with whom he shared 65 years of marriage. He honorably served his country in the United States Army. Edward worked as a foreman at the Bethlehem Steel and retired after more than 30 years. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church where he served as an Eucharistic Minister and Head Usher.

SURVIVORS: Edward will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Bonnie Getz and her husband Chris; son, John Niechwiadowicz and his wife Deanna; grandchildren, Jeremy Getz and Cathleen Mack, John Getz and his wife Laurie, Maggie Klingseis and her husband Preston, Erik Niechwiadowicz, Hallie Niechwiadowicz and Meagan Niechwiadowicz and daughter in law, Corliss Bachman. Edward was preceded in death by his son, Edward Niechwiadowicz, Jr. and sisters, Anne, Helen, Jean and Mary. 

SERVICES: Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem has been entrusted with arrangements.
