Doris L. (Martrich) Clugston

Doris L. (Martrich) Clugston, 86, of Salisbury Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospice House. She was the wife of the late Carl L. Clugston. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John S. Martrich, Jr. and Marie Isabella (Carr) Martrich. Doris was a member of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury. She enjoyed reading, coloring and playing bingo. 

Survivors: She will be lovingly remembered by her son Gary D. Clugston and his wife Natalie of Slatington;  daughter, Jodi L. Schlicher and her husband Michael of Salisbury Township; siblings Joan Martrich, Barry Martrich and Helen May Sacks; grandson Chris Clugston and his wife Tory; great grandchildren Claire and Elliot and her loving nieces and nephews. 

Services: A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway Fountain Hill, PA 18015 where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10 A.M. until time of the service. Burial will follow at Morgenland Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
