Dawn M. Rompilla

Dawn Marie Rompilla 46, of Slatington, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at her father’s residence surrounded by family. She was the beloved wife of George Rompilla Jr. with whom she shared over 5 years of loving marriage. Born on August 26, 1976 in Altoona, she was a daughter of Robert Butterbaugh Sr., and the late Barbara Jean (Mowery) Butterbaugh.

Dawn worked in the County Clerk’s office for the State of New Jersey for many years. She was a member of Se-wy-co, and Silver Creek. Dawn enjoyed making diamond art and going camping. Above all she cherished her time spent with her family.

Survivors: Dawn will be lovingly remembered by husband George Jr.; brother, Robert Butterbaugh and his wife Kelly; sister, Cheryl Butterbaugh; nephew, Chris Butterbaugh; feline companions, Marco and Polo.
