Daralee C. Kovacs 3/25/44 - 8/13/19
Daralee C. Kovacs of Cape Coral, Florida, formerly of Bethlehem Pennsylvania, left this world on August 13, 2019, due to pancreatic cancer. Known for her kindness, and ability to strike up a conversation with anyone, “Lee” will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She worked many years for the Laneco, grocery store chain. Lee loved music, especially rock and roll, and loved to dance. She learned to speak Hungarian and fully embraced the Hungarian culture and food. She truly had a gift for cooking and baking. Her family would like her to be remembered for her loving spirit and the joy she brought to others in life and not for the sadness of her passing. Daralee shared 57 years of loving marriage before her passing with her husband, Imre D Kovacs, who left this world to join her in Heaven on February 10, 2023.
They are being laid to their final rest together at Hope Memorial Cemetery in Hecktown, Pennsylvania.
Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Donna M, and her husband James J. Ford, Jr.; grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew and Jason (Ford) and Alexander and Nicole (Kovacs), and by a great grandson, Ryker J. Ford. She was pre-deceased by her son, James “Jimi” D. Kovacs.
