Charlotte J. Moralis

Charlotte J. Moralis, 89, formerly of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at Gracedale Nursing Home on Monday, September 3, 2018. She was married for 68 years to the love of her life the late John P. Moralis. They were devoted to each other and inseparable until he passed away in 2016. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. Jones and Henrietta (Sprague) Jones. Charlotte graduated from Liberty High School in 1947. She worked at St. Luke's Hospital and the former Hess's Department Store. Charlotte was a member of Advent Moravian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, pinochle, reading and traveling. She and her husband John enjoyed attending dances at the American Legion where they could jitterbug with the best of them.

SURVIVORS: Children, John Madison and his wife Marcia, Thomas Moralis and his wife Barbara, and Anita Fazakas all of Bethlehem; 7 grandchildren, Thomas, David and Kevin Moralis, Kathie Martin, David and Daniel Fazakas and Samantha Madison; 5 great-grandchildren, Evan Moralis, David and Ryan Fazakas and Peter and Amber Martin. Siblings, Thomas Jones and his wife, Barbara, Ruth Hassick and her husband, Richard and Lenore Powlette and her husband, Joseph and many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Advent Moravian Church, 3730 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem 18017 where friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of services. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com
