Barbarba Lobb Obituary

Barbara Jean Grace Lobb, nee Martino, 81, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2020, at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, FL. Barbara’s family would like to thank the entire staff at Orange Park Medical Center for their exceptional care and compassion during her brief illness.

Barbara was born in Kansas City, Missouri on April 17, 1939, to the late Anthony and Helen Delonge Martino. She was raised by her mother and late stepfather, William Coleman.

Barbara was married to Paul Lloyd Lobb. They were married on September 7, 1957, in Easton, PA; they were married 62 years. She loved gardening, hummingbirds, and flowers, but she loved, even more, her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Family time was important to her and she doted on them.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband Paul of Jacksonville, Florida, her sister Christine DeWalt of Mesa, Arizona, her son Clinton Lobb (Nick), of Upper Saucon, PA, her grandchildren Chad Lobb (Katelyn) of Jacksonville, FL and Ariel Kendrick (Russell) of Newark, TX, and her three great-grandchildren, Kyleah, Bailey, and Jackson, and many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.

Barbara is preceded in death by her oldest sister, Mary Yetman.

Before relocating to Florida, Barbara attended St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, Pen Argyl, PA. A life celebration and a burial service will be announced in the future when conditions allow. She will then be interred at Evergreen Cemetery, Pen Argyl.
