Arthur D. Race

Arthur D. Race, 81, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023. He was the widower of Frances (Molnar) Race. Born on April 25, 1942 in Bingen, he was a son of the late Forest and Alice (Fenstermaker) Race. Arthur worked as a printer for Bethlehem Steel for many years. Later he went to work for the former OCLC, Bethlehem retiring after 10 years of service. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.

Arthur will be lovingly remembered by his son, Arthur S. Race; daughter, Debra Getz and husband Paul; grandsons, Ayden and Paul Getz Jr.; sisters, Darlene Zajacek and husband George, and Beatrice Lawrence and husband Robert. He was predeceased by his brothers, Paul and William Race.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
