Obituary

Timothy Boscoe Obituary Timothy 'Tim' Boscoe, aged 54, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg. Born on April 4, 1970, in Quakertown, Tim was a man whose warmth and jovial spirit left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. Tim is survived by his beloved wife of 19 years, Robin (Edraney) Boscoe, who was the cornerstone of his life. His loving mother, Cheryl White, will miss him deeply, as will his siblings: Frank Boscoe and his wife Micaela, Bernadette Boscoe, Paul Boscoe and his wife Elizabeth, and Chris Boscoe and his wife Janae. His many loving nieces, nephews, and cherished pets will also feel the absence of his playful and caring nature. Tim was predeceased by his father, William Boscoe. A graduate of Nazareth High School, Tim's dedication to his community was evident early on. He honorably served in the United States Army, where he learned the values of loyalty and service that would define his life. Following his military service, Tim embarked on a career as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, a role he held for over 30 years. His commitment to his work was matched only by his dedication to the people on his route, whom he greeted with a smile and kind word, rain or shine. Tim's passions were as varied as they were heartfelt. He was an avid supporter of his favorite sports teams, cheering on the Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Phillies, and Flyers with an enthusiasm that was contagious. His competitive spirit shone through in his love for playing horseshoes and quoits, where he was known for his precision and friendly banter. Every Friday night, Tim could be found at his weekly card game with friends, a tradition that was as much about camaraderie as it was about the game itself. He was a fixture at the Steel City hill climb, which he attended twice a year for 30 years, sharing his love for the event with all who accompanied him. Tim also enjoyed the fellowship and community found in the various social clubs in Bethlehem, where he was a familiar face and will be sorely missed. His ability to bring people together and create joy was a gift that he shared generously, and his absence will leave a void in the many lives he touched. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
