She was deeply involved in school and community theater with the Reedy Point Players, serving as a costumer, props maker, actress, director, and working in sound and lighting. A passionate Civil War reenactor, she portrayed Clara Barton, educating others about her life and service. She was also a talented cake decorator, creating special memories for countless families, and shared her beautiful alto voice as a member of the St. James Choir and St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Choir, where she also served as a cantor and former CCD teacher.
Sue was the beloved wife of Joseph F. Sodomin III, with whom she shared 45 years of unwavering love. She was a devoted mother to Lara Lamb and her husband Sean, and Anna Lee and her husband Todd. Her twin grandsons, Charles and Joseph Lee, were the light of her life and brought her immeasurable joy.
