Born on December 27, 1940, in Saucon Valley, PA, Shirley was the cherished daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Anthony) Pickett. Her final days were spent surrounded by the love and care of her family.
Shirley attended Parkland High School, where she formed many friendships that lasted throughout her life. After graduation, she dedicated many years to her work as a sewing machine operator, a profession that reflected her meticulous nature and attention to detail. Her colleagues will remember her for her strong work ethic and the camaraderie she brought to the workplace.
Family was the cornerstone of Shirley's life. She is survived by her devoted son, William Baily, and her adored granddaughter, Briann Baily. Gardening was another passion of Shirley's. She found solace in tending to her garden, where she cultivated not only plants but also a sense of tranquility and connection to nature. Her garden was a testament to her patience and nurturing spirit, and it bloomed with as much vibrancy and color as the life she led.
Shirley's faithful furry companion, Buddy Boy, was always by her side, providing comfort and friendship. Their bond was a beautiful example of the unconditional love between a pet and its owner.
