Obituary

Sandra Faye "Sandy" Brown, 73, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at her residence on May 2, 2026. She was born on December 3, 1952, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and lived a life marked by devotion to her family, kindness to others, and steady dedication in all that she did. Sandy was known for her warm presence, her gentle spirit, and the love she so freely shared with those around her. Sandy graduated from Freedom High School. She retired from St. Luke's Hospital after many years of service.

Sandy was the beloved wife of Richard Andrew Brown, with whom she shared 34 years together and 29 years of marriage. Their life together was built on love, companionship, and enduring commitment, and their bond was a source of strength and joy throughout the years. She was a loving mother to Adrienne Weaver and her husband Kyle of Palmerton, and Brian Manger and his wife Megan of Kutztown. Sandy took great pride in her children and the lives they built, and she cherished the relationships she shared with each of them.

She was a devoted grandmother to Bryce, Brandon, Kylee, Jillian, and Madison, and her grandchildren were among the greatest joys of her life. Sandy treasured every moment spent with them, whether in conversation, in laughter, or simply enjoying their company. Her love for her grandchildren was deep and unwavering, and her family will always remember the special way she made each of them feel loved, valued, and important. Her legacy lives on in the memories she created with them and in the example of care and devotion she set for her family. Sandy is also survived by her siblings, Connie Rompilla, Gary Muth, and Mary Jane Wismer as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, William Muth and Mary (Sonnen) Muth, as well as her brothers, William Muth and Steven Muth.

Sandy found her greatest happiness in her family, especially in the time she spent with her grandchildren. She enjoyed being part of their lives and took sincere delight in their milestones, personalities, and accomplishments. Her love for them was evident in all she did, and her family will forever remember her as someone who gave generously of herself and placed the needs and happiness of others before her own.

Sandy will be remembered for her loving heart, her strong sense of family, and the calm, steady way she moved through life. She leaves behind a legacy of devotion, hard work, and unconditional love. Though her presence will be deeply missed, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain a lasting comfort to all who knew her.
