Russell L. Wald, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully, and on his own terms, on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the age of 72.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Orville and Florence Wald. He was the beloved husband of Christine (Bealer) Wald, with whom he shared more than 50 years of loving marriage.

Russ dedicated over 40 years of his career to marketing, working for both Air Products and Bell & Howell. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he found great joy in coaching baseball, playing golf, traveling the world with family and friends, and cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Christine; son, Bryan; sister, Janice Smith; and nieces, Jennifer and Patti.
