Obituary

Roy Richard Tallerico, 70, a long term resident at Cedar Crest Post Acute, Salisbury Township, PA, formerly of New Jersey, died Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in New York, NY, he was the son of the late William A. and Toby (Koleditsky) Tallerico. After graduation from John F. Kennedy High School, Willingboro, NJ in 1974, Roy began a 25 year career as a shipper at Thomas Scientific, Logan Township, NJ until retiring. After the death of his mother, he moved to Bethlehem, PA to be closer to his sister, Susan and her family. Roy was a sweet soul who saw the good in everyone. He didn't have a mean bone in his body. Roy loved to listen to music especially tunes from the 70's, 80's and 90's. The Bee Gees, Michael Jackson and Madonna were just a few of his favorites. He loved reflecting on the memories he made with Susan when they went to dance clubs. He could have been the next John Travolta. Roy enjoyed watching the true Hollywood horror films and looked forward to Saturday night films on Svengoolie. He enjoyed looking at photos and sharing memories with his family while enjoying the Wawa coffee and bagels they brought him. He enjoyed watching James Bond movies, especially Gold Finger and the Jaws movies. He loved his niece and nephews and treasured the time he spent with them and the memories they made.

Survivors: Sister, Susan A. Kamber and her husband Frederick Kamber of Whitehall; niece, Jessica Kamber; nephews, Raphael Kamber, Benjamin Kamber and his wife Shikha; great nephew, Krish Kamber. He was looking forward to the birth of his great niece.
