Ronnie Drury, a cherished member of the Bangor community and a devoted family man, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, in Bethlehem, PA. Born on July 20, 1946, in Bangor, PA, Ronnie's life was one of dedication, hard work, and a love for the simpler things in life.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his beloved spouse, Catherine Herczeg, his father, James Drury, his mother, Leona Golden, and his brother, Harvey Drury. He leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance, embodied by his son, Ronald Drury of Allentown, who will continue to carry forward the values instilled in him by his father.

A proud graduate of Bangor High School, Class of '64, Ronnie was known for his strong work ethic and his unwavering commitment to his job. For 40 years, he drove trucks for the Chemical Leaman Company, delivering life-sustaining oxygen to hospitals throughout the city. His dedication to his work was matched only by his dedication to his family and community.

Beyond his professional life, Ronnie had a passion for antiques and old collectibles. He had a particular affinity for old clocks, which he skillfully fixed and re-sold, sharing his love for history and craftsmanship with others. His knowledge of antiques was vast, and his ability to breathe new life into forgotten treasures was nothing short of remarkable.

Ronnie's life was a testament to the values of hard work, dedication, and the importance of family. He was a man who took great pride in his roots and who worked tirelessly to provide for those he loved. His warm smile and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
