Robert Glenn Obituary Robert John Glenn, 83, of Cedar View Apartments, Allentown died Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late John H. and Dorothy (Achey) Glenn. After attending Liberty High School, Robert received his GED while serving his country for 20 years in the Army, Navy and Air Force. He was last stationed at Whiteman Air Force. He served two terms in Vietnam. After being honorably discharged, he spent 20 years as a prison guard at Graterford State Correctional Institution before retiring. While serving his country, he had the opportunity to travel all over the world. A 32nd Degree Mason he was a member of Lehigh Lodge #326, Macungie and Lehigh Consistory Valley of Allentown. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog Gizzy and was known to be a good cook. Survivors: Son, Scott Glenn and his spouse Steven J. Moore of Northampton; former wife and Beverly (Bachman) Glenn. He was predeceased by his beloved Gizzy.
