Robert John
Bresnak
Jan 2, 1959 — Oct 21, 2026
Robert John Bresnak, known to many as Bob, passed away on October 21, 2026 at his brother's home in Allentown, PA, at the age of 67.
He was born on January 2, 1959, and was a lifelong area resident whose quiet strength, gentle nature, and steady presence touched the lives of those who knew him. Bob carried himself with kindness and humility, and he will be remembered as a man who valued family, friendship, and simple pleasures. His life was marked by loyalty, sincerity, and a warm spirit that made others feel welcome in his company.
Bob graduated from Salisbury High School, where he laid the foundation for a life of responsibility and perseverance. Following his education, he went on to work with Dun and Bradstreet, where he applied himself with dedication and professionalism. He took pride in doing his work well and was respected by those who had the privilege of knowing him through his career. His work ethic reflected the dependable character that defined so much of his life.
Outside of work, Bob found enjoyment in the activities he loved most. He was an avid bowler and appreciated the camaraderie and enjoyment that came with the sport. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, pastimes that allowed him to spend time outdoors and embrace the peace and patience found in nature. These interests gave him great pleasure over the years and reflected his appreciation for both companionship and quiet reflection.
Bob was a member of St. Ursula's Catholic Church in Fountain Hill, where his faith was an important part of his life. His connection to his church community was meaningful to him, and it was one more reflection of the values he held close throughout his years. He lived his life with a gentle spirit and a thoughtful heart, and those qualities were evident in the way he treated others.
SURVIVORS: Bob is survived by his siblings, Peter Bresnak of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Donna Wagner and her husband Dennis of Macungie, Pennsylvania, and Patrick Bresnak and his wife Sheila of Lincoln Park, Michigan; and step daughter Angela "Birdo" Moszer. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Andrew Bresnak and Dorothy Bresnak, and by his wife, Gail Bresnak. Their memories remained an important part of his life, and he carried their love and influence with him always.
