Obituary

Richard "Dick" Tredinnick, 93, of Lower Nazareth Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia A. Tredinnick, with whom he shared over 57 years of marriage before her passing in 2014.

Born April 30, 1932, in East Mauch Chunk, he was a son of the late Russell Tredinnick and Edith (Leinthal) Tredinnick. Dick attended Lehighton High School and later Muhlenberg College on a football scholarship. He honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Dick dedicated his career to Bethlehem Steel, where he worked as a Purchasing Manager. He enjoyed football and golf and was especially devoted to his family. A man of strong faith, he was a member of Grace Church, Bethlehem, and formerly a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem.

A dedicated father, Dick was a strong and giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure his family had everything they needed. He taught those around him the value of hard work and unconditional love.

Dick is survived by his children, Susan Tredinnick of Nazareth and Michael Tredinnick of Berlin, Maryland; his granddaughter, Elena Fournier and her husband Aaron of Manchester, New Hampshire; brother Bruce Tredinnick and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia, and his daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Spengler and siblings Russell, Lois and Denny.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Grace Church, 4301 Hecktown Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020, with a reception to follow. Burial will be private.
