Rajavelu "Raja" Rajasekharan, 86, of Bethlehem passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. Born in Chennai, India, he was the son of the late K.C. Rajavelu and R. Kokilam. He was the loving husband of Dr. Amirthabashini 'Abi' Rajasekharan, for over 47 years until her passing on December 2019. He worked as a Mechanical Engineer and a Production and Planning Engineer.

SURVIVORS: Raja will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Narayan and Siva; daughters-in-laws, Rajani Nair and Sharon Stein; and grandchildren Vishnu and Mimi. SERVICES: A Funeral Service will take place at 4 P.M. on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem PA 18018 where the family will receive friends and relatives from 3 P.M. until the time of service.
