Patricia "Pat" A. Frey, 76, of Bethlehem, PA died peacefully with family by her side at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township on Friday, November 14, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Douglas R. Frey with whom she celebrated 40 years of marriage on May 11, 2025. Born in Shenandoah, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Violet (Karas) Baranowsky. Pat was a 1967 graduate of North Schuylkill Senior High School and received a Bachelor of Education Degree from Bloomsburg University in 1971. Pat was a teacher at Boyertown Elementary School before retiring in 1989. She previously was a teacher at Most Blessed Sacrament School, Bally, PA. Pat was a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and previously Saints Simon and Jude Church both in Bethlehem, PA. She held a lifelong commitment to her faith and served in church as a Eucharistic Minister, religious education teacher, gardening volunteer, and member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society. A Penn State Master Gardener, she never hesitated to share the horticultural education she had received with the community. Pat enjoyed shopping, especially, for gifts for family and friends. She treasured her daughter and granddaughter.

Survivors: Husband; daughter, Rebecca Biro and her husband Zackary of Wynnewood, PA; brother, Robert Baranowsky and his wife Barbara of Zion Grove, PA; sisters, Kathy Anderson, Janet Rarick and her husband Donald all of Ringtown, PA; cherished granddaughter, Lucy.

Service: Funeral Mass 11:00AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 to 11:00AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at the church. Entombment will follow the Mass at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
