Born on February 6, 1961, in Norristown, PA, Chip was a man whose warm presence and infectious enthusiasm for life left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Fishing was more than a hobby for Chip; it was a pursuit that brought him closer to the waterways he so deeply cherished.
