Margaret E. Hogan, 89, of Coopersburg, formerly of Hokendauqua died Sunday, July, 12, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Robert G. Hogan, Sr. with whom she celebrated 48 years of marriage prior to his death on October 29, 2008. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Loskar) Harakal. Margaret was a 1953 graduate of Whitehall High School and received her nursing degree from the former Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing, Allentown in 1957. After graduation and prior to the birth of her children, she was a registered nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital. When her youngest reached junior high school, Margaret again took up her calling as a nurse at the former Manor Care Health Services, Bethlehem. She was employed there for 30 years before retiring. She was a member and sang on the choir at St. John the Fisher Catholic Church, North Catasauqua. Margaret was faithful in deepening her spiritual journey with the praying of the Rosary and the Stations of the Cross.
