Linda Laubach Obituary Linda Sue Laubach, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2025, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, at the age of 76. Born on October 11, 1948, in Lakeland, Florida, to the late Hezzie Dalton Mercer and Bobby Ann (West) Mercer, Linda's warmth and kindness enriched the lives of all who knew her.
Linda grew up under the Floridian sun, where she attended Plant City High School and later met the love of her life, Jeremy Laubach, to whom she was blissfully married for 30 years until her passing. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and dedication to family. Linda was blessed with three sons: Michael Young and spouse Terri of Fort Myers, FL; Timothy Young and spouse Lori of Boca Raton, FL; and Brian Young and spouse Janet of Liberty Twp., Ohio. She was also a loving mother to her late daughter, Amber Young.
Her brother, Randy Mercer of Lakeland, FL, remembers her as a spirited soul who brought joy and steadfast support to her family. Although she was predeceased by her sister-in-law Sue Mercer, Linda's memory will live on through her seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who were the apple of her eye. Lindas children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were the center of her world.
Reading and her award-winning cross-stitching were two of Lindas greatest passions. She cherished the memories made while traveling with her husband for over 20 years
