Obituary

Lawrence Stephen Martin Obituary It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father, Lawrence Stephen Martin, who left us on June 16, 2024, at the age of 76. Surrounded by his loving family and friends in his final moments, he was a man of charm, wit, and wisdom, always cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Balik) Martin. Lawrence was a real estate investor for most of his life owning many investment properties. He was an avid car enthusiast and a member of the Buick Club of America, entering his 1939 Buick in several car shows through the years and attending many events. He loved music and enjoyed playing the piano. He also had a love of travel which took him to many places around the world. He had a love of photography and almost always had a camera with him. What he loved most was Christmas time and parties filled with laughter and family. He is survived by daughters, Melissa Oscavich and husband George, of Fogelsville and Megan Snyder and husband Jody of Walnutport; granddaughters Stacey Nacu and husband Andrei of Macungie and Sydney Oscavich of Fogelsville; great granddaughters, Evelyn Nacu and Scarlett Nacu of Macungie; sister Barbara Fiedler and husband Edward of Bethlehem, stepchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins and other loved ones he held near and dear to his heart.
