Joyce M. Kajmo, 90, passed away peacefully at home on May 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 29, 1934, in Allentown, the daughter of the late Mathias and Mary (Dutko) Salasky.

Joyce married the love of her life, the late Donald A. Gress, and together they built a life centered on family. That devotion remained at the heart of everything she did.

A talented hairdresser, Joyce was known not just for her skill, but for her warmth and infectious laugh. She formed lasting bonds with her clients and brought that same care and kindness into every part of her life.

A woman of deep faith, Joyce was a devoted member of Notre Dame Catholic Church. Her greatest joy, though, was time spent with her family — the source of her pride and happiness.

She is survived by her sons, Donald G. Gress and Robert Gress, along with many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, William Gress, and siblings, James Salasky, Joanne Whiting, Mary Ann Salasky, and Beatrice Mohr.

Services: A Graveside Service honoring Joyce's life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Guests are kindly asked to gather at the cemetery entrance to follow in procession to the graveside. Joyce's arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
