Joseph Nuben, Jr. Obituary Joseph J. Nuben, Jr., 89, of Bethlehem died Thursday, August 15, 2024 in his home surrounded by family. He was the husband of the late Evelyn Nancy (Westerman) Might Nuben. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Nuben, Sr. and the late Helen (Davis) Nuben. After graduation from Allentown High School, Joseph joined the Air Force. He retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 20 years. Returning to civilian life, he worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail sorter for 15 years before retiring. He was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Allentown. Joseph loved traveling with Nancy in their motorhome visiting different states. Survivors: Children, JoAnn Ives, Sharon wife of Thomas Diehl, Joseph J. Nuben III all of Allentown, Dianne wife of Tyrone Robinson of Bethlehem, Michael Nuben husband of Andrea of Lakeland, FL; siblings, Michael Nuben of Temple, GA, Debra Westbrook of The Woodlands, TX; son-in-law, Robert Wieder of Allentown; 4 step children; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter, Patricia Wieder and his sister, Arlene Nuben.
