Jennifer Marie Manzo, affectionately known as "Jen," of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at St. Luke's Hospice with her husband by her side.

Jen was born on September 1, 1972 in Queens, New York, to the late Charles Biondo and Marie (Milano) Biondo.

Jen found joy in life's simple pleasures. She had a special love for ice cream, never turned down the opportunity for a sweet treat, and was an avid cruiser, taking more than 30 cruises over the years as she embraced her passion for travel and adventure. She also loved spending time watching her favorite television shows, including Friends, The Big Bang Theory, I Love Lucy, and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Jen will be remembered for the love she shared with her family, the happiness she found in everyday moments, and the countless memories she created with those closest to her. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her husband, brothers, family, and friends. Jen was an angel and precious gift to us all.

Survivors: Husband of 29 years, Joseph "Joe" Manzo; brothers: Frank Biondo and Charles Biondo.
