Jane Louise
Treskot
Mar 21, 1952 — Feb 11, 2026
Jane Louise Treskot (Nenscel), passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, at the age of 73.
Born on March 21, 1952, in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, Jane was the beloved daughter of the late James Nenscel and the late Catherine (Cseh) Nenscel. She grew up in Palmerton and built a life centered on home and family.
Jane was preceded in death by her devoted husband, the late Thomas G. Treskot. A dedicated homemaker, she poured her heart into creating a warm, loving home where family always came first. Family was everything to her. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and extended loved ones.
Jane found simple joys in everyday life, especially tackling word search puzzles, which she enjoyed for hours on end. But nothing brought her greater happiness than her grandchildren, whom she adored unconditionally, and the gatherings that filled her home with laughter and love. Jane also delighted in cheering on her beloved Philadelphia Phillies in baseball and rooting passionately for the Washington Redskins in football, never missing a chance to catch their games on TV with family by her side.
She is survived by her children: Lori Foust and her husband Matthew of Allentown; Matthew Treskot and his wife Kristen of Bethlehem; and David Determan and his wife Sheila of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Jane is also survived by her brothers James Nenscel of Palmerton and Jay Nenscel of Palmerton; and her cherished grandchildren Molly, Jacob, Ryan, and Raegan.
She was predeceased by her brothers Joseph Nenscel and Jeffrey Nenscel.
Jane's true legacy is found in the unbreakable love and family ties she fostered with such devotion. She will be cherished and deeply missed by everyone who knew her heart.
