Jade Marie Streitman, 43, of Allentown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 10th 2026 . She was born on October 18, 1982, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Joseph A. Lone and Kathy Souders.

Jade worked as a Physician Coder at St. Luke's Health Network, where she was valued for her diligence and attention to detail. She was proud of her Native American heritage and carried that pride with her throughout her life.

Jade will be remembered as a devoted mother and a loving presence to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph A. Lone and Kathy Souders.

Jade is survived by her children, Dylan Streitman and Jianna Lopez; her former husband, Josh Streitman; her brother, Steven Lone; her aunts, Joan Milbert and Barbara Farrell; her aunt and uncle, Linda and Tom Woodbury; and her loving cousins and extended family.

Jade will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Services : A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17th, 2026, at Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015. There will be a viewing at Cantelmi Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Jade's arrangements have been entrusted to Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
