Frances Mihalek Obituary Frances D. Mihalek, 90, died Wednesday, November 20, 2024 in her home at Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown. She was the widow of Joseph R. Mihalek who died April 6, 2018. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late John S. and Barbara (Pavolich) Markovic. A homemaker, Frances was a talented seamstress who could create beautiful garments. Survivors: Sister, Maryann Sontak of Fountain Hill; nieces; nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Nicholas Markovic, John Markovic, Anna Lubiak, Victoria B. Boyer and Helen Hiser.
