Dolores Rogers Obituary Dolores M. (McCarthy) Rogers, born in Bethlehem, PA, passed peacefully on September 23, 2024 at the age of 90. She was the beloved wife of the late William N. Rogers Sr., with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. They lived happily for 25 years in Sebastian, FL, before returning to Bethlehem. She was the daughter of Harry and Marie (Bearsch) McCarthy. A 1951 graduate of Bethlehem High School, Dolores had a 20 year career as a Clerk for the City of Bethlehem. Her interests included knitting and solving crossword puzzles. She had a sharp mind and quick wit and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Dolores was a member of Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church at Rosemont. Survivors: Dolores was the loving mother of Donna Medei, Michelle Curry, husband Tim, William Rogers, wife Debbie, and Vance Rogers, wife Patricia. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Michael J. Matuczinski, Sr. Devotion to her family has grown to include her 6 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride. Services: A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church at Rosemont, 1705 W. Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 9:00 am until the time of service. Interment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017. A memory tribute may be made at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
