Dolores "Lola" Gyurom, 87, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025. Born on April 8, 1938, in Lower Saucon, she was the daughter of the late Ezequiel and Clotilde (Padilla) deLeon.

Lola shared over 64 years of marriage with her devoted husband, George "Jimmy" Gyurom—a beautiful example of lasting love and partnership. Together, they raised a family grounded in compassion and strength. She was a loving mother to Elizabeth Wenner and her husband, Dwayne; a proud Mama to Adrienne Wenner, Logayn Leonard and her husband Kyle , and Amarra Adams and her husband Michael; and a cherished great-mama to Kasen Leonard. She is also survived by her sister, Rita Placotaris and many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Esther Palos, Carmen Cambiotti, Consuelo Bruno, Lillie Urogi, Linda Cabrera, and by her great-grandson, Cameron Michael Adams.

Lola had a lifelong heart for caregiving, working as a Nurse's Aide with kindness and dedication. She was also a talented seamstress, known for creating beautiful garments..

She found joy in life's simple pleasures—cooking meals that brought her family together, tending to her garden, and keeping a warm, welcoming home. She loved sewing, visiting the beach, and marveling at the beauty of Niagara Falls. Above all, her large extended family was her world.

Services: A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street Bethlehem, PA 18018 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway Fountain Hill, PA 18015.
